ABOUT THIS MEDITATION:

In this meditation on Gratitude, we connect to that which you can be thankful for in this moment and thus open you up to the receptive mode. Two practices you can take with you into the rest of your day are to say thank you every time you take a step and to recite the affirmation, "Dear Universe, if anyone is unwilling to receive anything great, send it to me! I am open and willing to receive all good that you have to offer.
