ABOUT THIS MEDITATION:

In this energy awareness routine we begin by warming up the body and raising the vibrational field through tapping. Then we work on cultivating the practice of moving energy throughout the pathways of our body and developing a connection to the earth and the sky above. Use this routine each day for 21 days straight and then 2 - 3 days per week to increase your power and focus.
