Maggie treats her body amazing.

Maggie visualizes her life as she wants it and her desires come true better than she even imagined them to be. She stays off of her phone the first 30 minutes of the day and the last 30 minutes of the day. She is increasingly aware of the content she consumes.

Maggie fills her morning with presence activities such as getting sunlight, taking her dog for a walk and imagining what she’s grateful for.

Maggie takes cold showers every morning to shock her system and get excited for the day. Maggie loves cold showers. Maggie feels amazing especially in the morning.

Maggie loves listening to a motivating, educational podcasts like Ed Mylett and Skinny Confidential to expand her mind, learn more, and get into a good mood.

Right when Maggie wakes up, she starts thinking about what she is grateful for. She has reminders around her phone that consistently remind her to stay grateful.

Maggie is very aware of her digital environment. She only consumes content that adds value to her life, and unfollows or mutes all other accounts that do not add value.

Maggie meditates consistently. More and more she notices a pleasant level of awareness in her life. Maggie is increasingly aware in her day to day life. Maggie is more and more conscious of her breathing and at peace.

Maggie easily lets go of people and things that don’t add value to her life.

Maggie’s one year focus: Maggie reads a book a week. Maggie is patient and authentic in her relationships and in her brand. Maggie practices gratitude every morning. Maggie loves herself and removes people from her life that bring her down.

Maggie is care free and goes with the flow of life. Powerful, energized and confident. Reading more and more. Focused on building processes in her life that she enjoys.

Maggie only surrounds herself with really good friends who genuinely care about her. Maggie surrounds herself with friends who uplift her, inspire her, and make her feel at home.

Maggie loves working out. When she works out, she feels better during the rest of her day, knowing that she’ll live a very long and healthy life.

Maggie surrounds herself with people who allow her to openly express her creativity.

Maggie is unattached to money - She knows that money will always come to her when she needs it.

Maggie does not chase. Maggie is more and more happy with herself and what she has — focuses on her uniqueness and her voice.
